How To Book And Reserve Your Hunt

If you see a hunt that you would like to be a part of, just give us a call and we will go over it with you in detail. Once you choose to book a hunt with Texas 5 Star Hunting Adventures we will forward you the booking contract.

Upon receiving the booking contract, read everything and return a signed copy with your booking deposit. The required deposit will be in the contract you receive, the deposits vary depending on the type of hunt. All deposits are non-refundable unless you have made special arrangements with Texas 5 Star Hunting Adventures to allow the client to assign their hunting adventure to another person.

Clients must agree in writing at the time of booking to hold Texas 5 Star Hunting Adventures and their employees harmless of any liabilities.

Approximately 45-30 days prior to your arrival at the lodge you will receive a trip planner. It will consist of a recommended gear list and information on taxidermy, meat processing and available gear for rental. Clients may donate their meat.

All hunts are booked on first come, first serve basis. Reservations made without a deposit will only be held on for 10 days, unless you have made special arrangements with Texas 5 Star Hunting Adventures. All balances are due 30 days prior to the start of the hunt, the balance of the hunt can be paid via cashier's check, travelers check, VISA/MC. If you choose to pay the balance of your hunt upon arrival, payment must be in the form of a cashier's check or cash. NO EXCEPTIONS

Air Travel

For those clients who are flying, Texas 5 Star Hunting Adventures does include airport transfers on some hunts. Clients should advise Texas 5 Star Hunting Adventures in advance of their travel plans. For those clients who are planning on driving, we suggest that you arrive as early as possible for your hunt. Arriving early allows time to unpack and unwind. This will also allow you time to sight in your firearm or bow, 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. would be ideal. Air travel accommodations will be available in the future.
